PACES Lodging Corporation (PACES) was originally formed in February of 1993 to develop, construct, own and
manage hotels across the  United States. Since then, PACES has expanded into land development, architecture, construction
management, retail development, multi-family residential, storage facilities, medical facilities, office parks and commercial
contracting. PACES is directly involved through every step in each project beginning with land acquisition, platting & zoning
design and construction, to the leasing and property management.
The success and growth of PACES created an evolution, causing multiple entities dedicated to Real Estate and its many facets to spin
off, Property Resources Group and PRG Home Sales, a full service real estate brokerage, sales, leasing and property management
company, all working together out of our corporate headquarters in Fargo, ND.
Today PACES Lodging Corporation has grown into one of
Fargo-Moorhead's leading developers, with a complete in-house Architecture and Construction
Management staff, along with a Class A general contractor all under one roof. As a full service developer, PACES prides itself on having the
ability to do all design work in-house, which allows us to streamline and fast track every project we are involved in.
