PACES Lodging Corporation, but also its daughter companies, Property Resources Group and PRG Home Sales.
The Shoppes at Osgood was specifically designed to add an upscale appearance, along with an essence of “WOW” and greatness to the south Fargo
landscape. With over 60,000 square feet of retail and business space on two levels, along with 5 pad sites, and a grocery store, The Shoppes
at Osgood has become the cornerstone to the Osgood development, and has, as with all PACES’ projects, been fully embraced by the community.
